We understand you may have questions while preparing to travel and make your reservation. Here are some frequently asked questions to help you out!
What’s included in your homes?
Our homes are fully equipped and have just about everything you will need for your vacation including bedding, bath towels, pots and pans, dishes and silverware, washer and dryer (property specific), and more.
What should I bring with me?
We will provide a starter pack for each reservation (including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish tabs/liquid, laundry detergent, bar soap, and shampoo), however this may not be enough supplies for your whole stay. Any further items needed will need to be provided by the guest.
We also recommend bringing beach towels for the pool. We only provide bath towels.
Do you sell discounted tickets to any of the parks or other attractions?
Depending on the time of the year and the activity it is possible! Please contact our concierge service at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Do I need to rent a car?
There are services such as Uber and Lyft in the area, however public transportation options can be limited. We recommend renting a car if you are not bringing your own.
What is the cost to heat the private pool?
If the property you are renting has a pool it is possible that pool heat is available. The cost is $30.00 per night and we require a 3 night minimum. Please contact us if you would like to add this amenity to your reservation.
What is the cost to use the grill?
If the property you are renting has a grill, you can pay to use it for a $50.00 fee. The fee includes propane.
Are all of your properties non-smoking?
Yes, all of our rental properties are non-smoking.
What is your cancellation policy?
Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a 100% refund.
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
Bookings canceled within 30 days before the start of the stay will result in forfeiture of total rental amount.
How do I make a reservation?
You can book instantly with us online, right now- simply search our inventory on our website using your reservation criteria if applicable (dates, # of guests, desired resort, etc.) When you find a home you are interested in, click Book Now. After entering all necessary information we will receive your booking request and you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.
