Our goal is to help make your vacation experience everything you hoped for and just what you need. After booking, each guest receives access to a secure Guest Experience portal ensuring fast and easy communication with us by email and text message.
== ABOUT OUR RENTAL POLICIES ==
– No smoking
– No pets allowed
– No events, parties or large gatherings
– Primary renter MUST be at least 21 years old to book
– Submission of Photo ID or Passport may be required (simply upload into Guest Experience portal)
– Rental Agreement required for each booking (sent by email and text to be signed electronically by primary renter)
Toiletries and Household Items: We provide a starter pack for each reservation (including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish tabs/liquid, laundry detergent, bar soap, and shampoo) . Any further items needed will need to be provided by the guest.
NO SHOWS, LATE ARRIVALS, EARLY DEPARTURES: We will not refund any monies should a guest decide to shorten their stay. Guest is responsible for payment of all nights confirmed, regardless of guest’s late arrival or early departure date. No shows, late arrivals and early departures will be charged the full amount for the entire reserved stay.
LATE CHECK OUT/EARLY CHECK IN: Check in time is 4pm or later, Check out time in 10am or earlier. These times are STRICT due to our operation schedule. Guests who do not check out of the property by 10am are subject to a $150.00 fine. Also, guests who arrive to the property prior to 4pm are subject to a $150.00 fine. Any check in/check out times other than 4pm and 10am MUST be approved by De Paula Realty.
NO PETS: No Pets are allowed. A $250 per pet fee will be charged if there is any report of pet hair on bedding and sofas. The violation of any terms of this pet policy subjects the guest to additional fines or termination of the rental period.
NO SMOKING: No Smoking is allowed in any of the properties and there may be a fine imposed ($450 charged to your credit card) or immediate removal from the property.
MINIMUM AGE: We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 21 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
PROPERTY DAMAGE: If you damage the property you will be charged accordingly. If any issues should arise, please be sure to contact us IMMEDIATELY.
CLEANING: There is a cleaning fee applied to all bookings. Reservations exceeding one month will require a deep cleaning charge. A thorough cleaning of the property will be carried out before and after occupancy. It is expected that you will leave the property in a reasonably clean and orderly condition. Guests will be charged for any damage, loss or breakage in the homes or on the premises during your stay, including stolen items. There is no daily maid service. You can always add services during your stay for additional charge.
