Beautiful and NEW, 4 Bed, 3.5 bath, modern and elegant, so close to Disney!
You will fall in love with Summerville Resort, located just off of highway 192 and is close to all the dining and entertainment. This new resort features a gorgeous clubhouse with splash zone, resort style pool and spa. Inside you will find a tiki bar, fitness room and game room. Located in the heart of Disney World Area.
First Floor: Queen bedroom with en-suite bathroom, half bathroom, double bed sleeper sofa
Second: King bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 2 twin beds with en-suite bathroom, 1 twin bed
The house offers 3 en-suite bedrooms, a fully new furnished equipped kitchen with appliances. All bedrooms were impeccably decorated, and they all have TVs. The patio was furnished with a modern grill and a minibar.
Entrance to the complex is gated and secured by a guard. This unit is right across from the resort pool amenities and clubhouse.
Internet Access (WiFi), Cable TV, and parking are included.

– No events, parties or large gatherings
– Primary renter MUST be at least 21 years old to book
– Submission of Photo ID or Passport may be required (simply upload into Guest Experience portal)
– Rental Agreement required for each booking (sent by email and text to be signed electronically by primary renter)
The use of the Grill is not included in the reservation. The cost is $50.00 total per reservation. Please let us know if you would like to add this amenity to your reservation.
Toiletries and Household Items: We provide a starter pack for each reservation (including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish tabs/liquid, laundry detergent, bar soap, and shampoo) . Any further items needed will need to be provided by the guest.
